4. Hosting & technical service providers

Our website is hosted by the following provider: webgo GmbH, Heidenkampsweg 81, 20097 Hamburg (Germany)

Webgo processes personal data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR), in particular server log files and technical access data. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded. 

The contact form also runs via Webgo, including the mail server.

5. Server log files

Webgo automatically collects information that your browser transmits:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the device
  • Time of the request
  • IP address

The data is not merged with other data sources. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).

6. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies, which store session information, for example.

  • Session cookies are deleted when you leave the site.
  • You can deactivate cookies in your browser; however, this may limit the functionality of the website.

7. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we will process your details (name, email, message) in order to process your enquiry.

  • webgo GmbH (hosting & mail server)

Your data is transmitted via an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) and will not be passed on without your consent.

8. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor the indexing and technical performance of our website.

  • Search Console does not set cookies and does not collect personal data from visitors.

9. Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

Our website only contains links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram.

  • These are not embedded plugins. When you visit our website, no data is automatically transmitted to Meta/Instagram. 
  • Only when you click on the links will you be taken to the respective platforms.
